Steam

Steam is a stove-top tea maker. It brews tea by passing hot water pressurized by steam through stacked kettles. Reflecting upon tea culture in east, Steam has stacking teapots specially designed for tea preparation. Larger lower kettle is filled with water to boil, and then boiled water evaporates into upper kettle, steeping loose-leaf tea blend rather slowly. When desired amount is collected in upper part, switch on top is turned to stop water transfer. Serving is made using two kettles with poured tea and water to dilute, therefore allowing user to adjust the strength of drink.

Bridal Veil

This arts - art object with lights on. Spacious room with a ceiling of complex profile, like cumulus clouds. Chandelier fits in a space, smoothly flowing from the front wall to the ceiling. Crystal and white enamel leaves in conjunction with the elastic bending of thin tubes create the image of a flying veil over the world. Who does not remember Grandma in her armchair knitting, and just beside her the old lamp with the cloth shade? Perhaps not very clearly, but it does bring back childhood memories. SHADE works without any switch, a simple touch on the “light bulb” is all it takes to dim the luminosity as you wish, or to turn it of. This innovative lamp has a true recognition value and universality; its various facets allow it to appeal to everyone. The lamp bring several generations together, past and future. Printed Bulbs

The ‘Printed Bulbs’ series explores new forms for light bulbs that reimagine the conventional ‘Edison bulb’ with a specialized 3D printing process. Within the clear bulb material internal structures are carefully designed to guide and reflect light. These techniques can be fabricated entirely in a 3D printer to enable new form-factors for lighting design. Each light bulb can be attached to any existing lighting fixture, such as a chandelier or desk lamp, or used individually as a pendant lamp or free-standing light.
