Convey
Convey is a table clock designed for home use. The clock has a slim form based on line elements, and the face is a quarter circle that rotates. Instead of moving hour and minute hands, Convey uses one fixed needle and a numbered pendulum that turns anti-clockwise. The materials are iron rod, Plexiglas and ABS. The clock has no disposable battery, and the internal battery is charged through a USB port. Convey can be connected to a smartphone to adjust the time and to check the battery level.
Convey Clock by Pouya Mirhosseini was identified as an outstanding illustration of industrial design by the A' Design Awards. Convey Clock was awarded the Iron A' Design Award in Furniture Design in 2021. The A' Furniture Design Award is an international, meritocratic, just and fair design accolade that celebrates superior design of chairs, tables, sofas, beds, cabinets, shelves, desks, wardrobes and more.
