The design duo see their work as functional art. Prism's mirroring metallic top is designed to be a source of creativity for the beholder. It can reflect a beautiful ceiling, the trees outside the window, the skyscrapers in the city, or the owner's favorite object placed on it.
Prism Sideboard by Maan Sydney Design Studio was selected as a grand representation of industrial design by the A' Design Awards. Prism Sideboard earned the Bronze A' Design Award in Furniture Design in 2025. The A' Furniture Design Award is an international, meritocratic, just and fair design recognition program that honors outstanding design of chairs, tables, sofas, beds, cabinets, shelves, desks, wardrobes and more.
