The Trillium

The purpose of this design is to transform a living room or office chair into a relaxing chair that can be used while taking a nap or watching TV. This transformation is simple and reflects a sophisticated concept while preserving elegance and appeal. In addition to indoor use, The Trillium can be used outdoors. It is made of stainless steel and the cushions can be covered with fabric or leather.
The Trillium Multifunctional Chair by Andre Eid was featured as an outstanding illustration of industrial design by the A' Design Award & Competition. The Trillium Multifunctional Chair was awarded the Iron A' Design Award in Furniture Design in 2019. The A' Furniture Design Award is an international, juried, academic and meritocratic design prize which honors exceptional design of chairs, tables, sofas, beds, cabinets, shelves, desks, wardrobes and more.
