Reverse Clock

Reverse

While time flies by, clocks have stayed the same. Reverse is not an ordinary clock, it's the reversal, a minimalistic clock design with subtle changes making it one of a kind. The hand facing inward rotates inside the outer ring to indicate the hour. The little hand facing outward stands alone and rotates to indicate the minutes. Reverse was created by removing all elements of a clock except its cylindrical base, from there imagination took over. This clock design aims to remind you to embrace time.

Nantong Window Cultural Center

Nantong Window

Nantong Window is an architectural lighting design for a cultural complex with a library, a cultural centre and archives. The lighting follows the building concept of birds and sea. Linear luminaires are placed inside the folded perforated aluminium curtain wall, so the light passes through the feather-like openings. Underground lamps with a colour temperature of 3000K illuminate the orange inner wall and ceiling. Luminaire positions and angles are calculated so that no lamp surface is visible from inside or outside. A DMX512 control system allows dynamic change of the facade.

Obon Tables

Obon

Obon is a collection of three coffee tables made of ceramic with a glazed top. The collection is inspired by terracotta, an ancient and irregular material. Each table is handmade, so every piece is unique. The three sizes include one rectangular table and two square tables, offering different solutions for interior projects. The shapes are soft and slightly irregular, and the body surface is smooth. The thick base is filled with raw material during production to increase stability. The glazed top is easy to clean and resists stains.

Supersymmetry Lamp

Supersymmetry

Supersymmetry is a transformable lamp designed for homes that are also used as work spaces. The fixture changes from a vertical source of soft diffused light into a horizontal source of concentrated light for work, creation and close conversation. The change is made by splitting or joining the symmetrical parts of the lamp, which are held by magnetic retainers. A bottom-centered wire bracing system keeps the height stable in both positions, so the light level on the table stays even. Metal, acrylic and LED sources are used. The total height ranges from 550 to 1500 mm.
