Ring

Ring is a bookshelf inspired by the golden ratio and by the Vitruvian Man of Leonardo da Vinci. A metal sheet is bent by hand into a circle and fixed to a solid wooden base. Brass rods are placed at equal distances on the base and form the square that completes the golden ratio outline. The rods pass through holes in three of the five shelves, while the two other shelves rest on bent rods. Ring can stand against a wall or divide two areas of a room. The design is intended as a keeper of knowledge.

Cork Block

Cork Block is a modular sofa made from recycled cork agglomerate. The material combines cork granulate with polyurethane, both recycled and joined with a binder inside a metal mold under pressure and heat. The resulting blocks are cohesive, elastic and pleasant to touch. Nine blocks form the single seat layout and thirteen blocks form the double seat layout. The blocks are cut in six shapes, so many combinations are possible. Selected blocks can be replaced by upholstered versions in different colors. Supports for the back and arms allow several levels of comfort.

Adamas

Adamas is a floor lamp designed for home use. The lamp combines a slender metal structure with a paper lampshade. The lampshade is folded by hand from FSC parchment paper using the origami technique, and it can be removed and refitted by the user. The structure is made of square section iron tubes fixed to a circular iron base with a waxed surface. A brass cone acts as the lamp holder and joins the two parts. The parchment paper makes the light soft and warm, and the light is directed towards the ceiling. An LED E27 bulb is used.

Buddy Table Light

Buddy

Buddy is a table light designed for focused work. The rounded body is topped with an adjustable head that can be tilted down to light a task or angled up to provide ambient light. Brightness is controlled by a dimmer switch on the cord. Buddy is made with fused deposition modeling 3D printing, using a plant based polymer derived from sugar crops. Each light is produced in California and hand finished with water based marine paints. The compact form suits an office, a study, a bedside table or a living room.

Xtension Multifunctional light

Xtension

Xtension is an adjustable lamp designed for homes and public spaces. The lamp extends from 1500 mm to 3000 mm and retracts again, while spherical latch points allow fixing to uneven surfaces. The body is made of aluminum and steel, and the rotating heads at both ends are in chromed or brushed steel. Three outer LED strips and an inner LED bar provide dimmable colour light, set through a mobile application over a Bluetooth connection. Xtension can serve as a ceiling light, a floor lamp, a dividing light or, in a cluster, a signal light.
